Luna Blaise has been an American actor for more than a decade. Her performances are most popular on the TV show Fresh Off the Boat. From the time she was a child, her passion for acting has grown. It began when she was able to secure modeling contracts and small cameo roles on film features. Then, she began getting offers to play recurring roles on television programs. Alongside her TV performances, she has also been featured in numerous music videos. Entertainment Weekly dubbed the Gifford and Kotb show "appointment television" as USA Today called it TODAY's Happy Hour. Gifford wrote TODAY the musical for the show in the year 2014. It featured the actors, hosts and crew on the program. The singer also composed the monthly theme tune for Everyone Has a Story. Gifford was elected to the Broadcast & Cable Hall of Fame for 2015. Gifford hosted Live with Regis & Kathie Lee. She was awarded 11 Emmy Awards. She also worked as an anchor for Good Morning America. Gifford was a producer and musician and singer who also is an actress has had an extensive career in TV and film. Her own record label is owned by her and she has composed a variety of musicals. Broadway's SCANDALOUS was one example. The show received the Tony Award for Best Actress nomination in 2012. Gifford has also starred in Annie as well as Putting it Together on Broadway. Gifford has created the author of four NY Times best-selling books, including I Can't Believe I told you that The Rock The Road And The Rabbi, as well as the adored children's book Party Animals. Recently, she co-wrote as well as recorded He Saw Jesus Jesus' Name and Love Me to death. In Monterey, CA she launched GIFFT wine line in partnership with Scheid Family Vineyards. Her most recent project as a director was a short film called THE GOD who SEES starring Nicole C. Mullen. The two co-wrote the soundtrack for the movie. Gifford has donated to numerous charities which aid children, including Childhelp, the Association to Benefit Children and Cassidy's Place. Two houses she named in honor of the two kids she raised were Cassidy's Place and Cody House. As a humanitarian, she was awarded an honorary diploma from Marymount University in recognition of her labor relations work.
